Release:  April 2013 to TBD                                                     Platform: PC
Genre: Side Scrolling Action Adventure                                    Engine: UDK

This has been a project I have been working on alone. Built from an early prototype as just an experiment and slowly getting more serious. Built everything from scratch. Drawing everything on paper; then moving it to 3d. I wanted to make something like "Paper Mario" meets "Metal Slug".

Action Cat War Zone

The Original first draft of "The Crazy World of Action Cat". Writting By: Jamie DeRosa Johnson

Character Concepts
These are just some of the characters I drew up on paper to put in game. Got a grumpy cat with a bazooka, action cat and the soldier rats.

Animations

This is a walk cycle I did for the Rat Solders. This was done in 3Ds Studio Max.

Early Concept Ideas

This was the very early stages if the concept for "The Crazy World of Action Cat". I wanted the game to feel more like your walking into a doodle world where nothing really makes sense, but is a living breathing world. In the end, I decided to go more a military route like the film "Rambo".  Maybe..

FX Work

These are the FX I made in the Unreal Engine 3
